AirsideRep is a d/b/a of SCB Aviation, LLC (“AirsideRep,” “we”). This policy explains what we collect through airsiderep.com and how we use it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you book or contact us: your name, email, phone number, brokerage, and the booking details you share.
Website data. Our website host, Squarespace, collects standard usage data through cookies, such as pages visited, browser type, approximate location and the site that referred you.
How we use it
To respond to you, schedule and deliver our services, send invoices and keep business records, and to understand how our site is used. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run our business, such as Squarespace (website), HubSpot (contact and booking records) and our email and payment providers. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Deal information
Information about aircraft, parties and transactions we learn on an engagement is governed by the confidentiality terms of our service agreement, not this policy.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
Your choices
Email cf@airsiderep.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop hearing from us. We respond within 30 days. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any updates on this page with a new effective date.
